Wills, Personal Directives and Power of Attorney

It is important for everyone to have a will and personal directive.  We can lose our mental capability temporarily or permanently or we can lose it slowly, such as with Alzheimer’s disease, or very suddenly, as a result of a car accident.  Preparing a personal directive gives you a voice in the care you will receive if you cannot make your own decisions at the time.  It also helps those who will have to make personal care decisions for you.  It may be the best gift you can give to your loved ones, who may have to make difficult decisions for you in the future.  Join us for an evening presentation with Todd Munday, a lawyer from the law firm of Wood & Munday LLP.  Todd will present valuable information regarding Wills, Personal Directives and Power or Attorney.
