Become a Mental Health First Aider for Seniors

Mental Health First Aid for Seniors is an adaptation of the MHFA basic course that is intended to increase the capacity of seniors and families (informal caregivers), friends and staff in care settings and communities.  It promotes mental health in seniors, to prevent mental illness and suicide wherever possible in seniors and to intervene early when problems first emerge.
